Modern Construction was founded by Jose Munoz but that’s not how it all began. Jose originally founded Modern Maintenance Services in 2014. We started out as a facility maintenance subcontractor. As much as we enjoyed helping our clients keep their retail stores in tip top shape Jose’s passion for home remodeling which stems from his over 15 years of experience in the industry has always taken over. We enjoy building beautiful spaces and providing tremendous value to our clients.
